Mr. Suvash Khadka

A Cybersecurity expert and Chevening Scholar, Mr. Khadka directs the daily operations of the national internet alliance representing 80% of the industry. He serves as a critical bridge between private sector interests and government policy implementation.

Mr. Navin Kumar Shrestha

Serving as the operational core of ISPAN, Mr. Shrestha manages the association's administrative strategy and industry advocacy. He is a key coordinator for ISP community initiatives and regulatory dialogue with the Nepal Telecommunications Authority.

Puskar Singh Badal is a seasoned executive and financial strategist in Nepal’s telecommunications industry. As the Treasurer of the Internet Service Providers’ Association of Nepal (ISPAN), he is responsible for the financial health and fiscal oversight of the association.

Bhoj Raj Bhatta

Former Senior Advisor (Deceased)

Remembered as a visionary businessman and philanthropist, the late Mr. Jalan co-founded Nepal’s largest ISP and treated connectivity as a basic human right. His legacy continues to inspire ISPAN’s focus on nationwide connectivity and service for remote areas.

Madhu Kumar Amatya is a seasoned professional in Nepal's Information Technology and Telecommunications sector. As an Executive Member of the Internet Service Providers' Association of Nepal (ISPAN), he represents Mercantile Communications, one of the oldest and most historically significant ISPs in the country.

Tara Manandhar

Tara Manandhar is a highly accomplished executive with over 25 years of experience in management and leadership. Since April 2024, he has served as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Dish Media Network Ltd., which operates DishHome, Nepal’s leading DTH provider and its second-largest Internet Service Provider (ISP).

Bimal Sigdel is a key administrative leader at Broadlink, one of Nepal’s long-standing and most versatile Internet Service Providers. While Binod Timalsena officially represents Broadlink on the ISPAN Executive Committee, Mr. Sigdel plays a vital role in the internal management and external coordination of the company.
