• Banking Excellence: Before joining DishHome, he held senior management and leadership roles at several prestigious financial institutions, including Standard Chartered Bank, Mashreq Bank, and Prabhu Bank.

• Executive Leadership: He previously served as the Deputy CEO of Muktinath Bikas Bank and Kailash Bikas Bank.

• Academic Foundation: He holds an MBA degree from Tribhuvan University, which provided the academic base for his extensive career in finance and corporate management.

Since assuming the role of CEO on April 15, 2024, Mr. Manandhar has been focused on elevating the quality of services and strengthening the company’s management.

• Expanding Infrastructure: Under his leadership, DishHome is aggressively expanding its Fibernet infrastructure, having emerged as a major player in the ISP market with over 2 lakh subscribers within just a few years of obtaining its fiber license.

• Strategic Growth: He is overseeing the company’s preparations for further capital issuance and expanding infrastructure through investments from Private Equity funds.

• Market Leadership: He manages a vast network of over 5,000 dealers and sub-dealers, ensuring that DishHome maintains its “Direct-To-Home” (DTH) dominance while growing its presence in the competitive broadband market.
