Our members are evaluated on critical Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure a seamless user experience:

  • Network Uptime: Minimizing service interruptions to ensure 24/7 connectivity.

  • Bandwidth Integrity: Ensuring that the speed delivered to your home matches the speed promised in your plan.

  • Latency & Packet Loss: Optimizing routes to provide low-latency connections, essential for video conferencing, gaming, and real-time data.

  • Technical Support: Maintaining responsive customer service protocols to resolve issues within NTA-prescribed timelines.

As we look toward 2025 and beyond, ISPAN remains focused on three core pillars:

  1. Standardization: Continuous monitoring of member ISPs to ensure they meet or exceed NTA’s strict QoS Bylaws.

  2. Infrastructure Security: Protecting the physical backbone of the internet from unauthorized interference.

  3. Policy Reform: Working with the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology (MoCIT) to treat internet infrastructure as an Essential Service.
