Executive Profile
Suvash Khadka is a preeminent figure in Nepal’s ICT sector, currently leading ISPAN, a consortium representing 80% of the nation’s telecommunications industry. With over a decade of experience, he serves as a critical bridge between private industry, the Government of Nepal, and international bodies like the World Bank and USAID.
A Chevening Scholar with a distinction in MSc. Cyber Security from the GCHQ-certified National Cyber Academy (UK), Suvash is the primary architect behind many of Nepal’s foundational digital policies, including the National Cyber Security Policy 2023.
